Kirk Fackre, President

Mr. Fackre brings over 16 years of high technology executive management experience to ResearchAgent Corporation. Throughout his career, Mr. Fackre has concentrated on how technology can help organizations become more productive by capturing, organizing and retaining critical knowledge, information and expertise.

In February 2003, Mr. Fackre assembed an experienced management team to form ResearchAgent Corporation, whose mission is to help companies manage and recover online research costs. Mr. Fackre co-invented the ResearchAgent product line while at Missiontrek. The new company owns existing patents and patents pending on many aspects of research management, positioning it to be the industry leader in this field.

Prior to co-founding ResearchAgent Corporation, Mr. Fackre brought its parent company, Missiontrek, into the US market. Missiontrek's flagship product, Cartagio, is now internationally recognized as a superior platform for conducting collaborative online research.

Previously, he enjoyed a long and successful career at Equitrac Corporation in a variety of executive positions.
