ResearchAgent Enterprise Unveiled at AALL

ResearchAgent Corporation today unveiled ResearchAgent Enterprise, the latest in a series of innovative products designed to streamline online research management and cost recovery at top law firms. Scalable for organizations with 10,000 or more users, ResearchAgent Enterprise supports 1,000,000 or more billing codes while providing advanced synchronization and tracking features for mobile attorneys. "This key feature lets attorneys freely roam the country, confident that their billable research is automatically captured, recorded and synchronized into accounting," according to ResearchAgent CTO John Sirvydas. "We architected this version with the large, mobile enterprise in mind."

Another major feature is a "pass-through" module that serves up validated client-matter codes for pay-per-use services such as Lexis, Westlaw, PACER and many others. "This flexible feature lets you manage individual vendors and products on a case-by-case basis," according to Diane Conde, a senior partner at ResearchAgent. "Our clients can choose to do all the costing within ResearchAgent -- agreat model for online subscriptions -- or pass through validated data so custom pricing can be applied within a particular product and/or accounting system."
