nQueue acquires ResearchAgent Product Suite

nQueue, the leading provider of information accountability software, today announced the acquisition of ResearchAgent, Corporation’s ResearchAgent product line. The acquired products include ResearchAgent Auditor, ResearchAgent Professional and ResearchAgent Enterprise, a suite of online information tracking and research management solutions. nQueue will assume ResearchAgent’s product and code development, client support, sales and marketing responsibilities, with the near term goal of expanding its information accountability product suite to include online information tracking.

Phoenix-based nQueue aims to leverage the well established reputation and product offerings provided by the acquisition. ResearchAgent, well known as a resource management application for online research, monitors online law firm data tracking, and keeps up with firm-wide research subscriptions. Existing ResearchAgent clients include several Am Law 200 firms including Shook, Hardy & Bacon LLP, Hogan & Hartson, and Steptoe & Johnson.
